Primary or Mandatory Requirement

Good Communication,
- Understand technology, technical roles and technical skills according to requirement.
• Sourcing and screening potential IT consultants for job openings.
• Establishing relationships with candidates and get referral.
• Negotiate compensation, closing consultants and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
• Submitting qualified consultants to open job requirements.
• Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations
• Would be responsible for effective usage of job portal, Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment process
- Understand technology, technical roles and technical skills according to requirement.
