We need senior recruiter to support our Recruitment Delivery Operations. Professionals who have good communication skills with excellent past track record in hiring IT/CAD professionals will be preferred

Job Description:

• 4+yrs of experience in entire end-to-end recruitment cycle.
•  Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment process.
• Should have excellent potentiality in sourcing & screening profiles from job portals and other social networks.
• Should have experience working on contract as well as permanent positions.
• Recruiting for all levels of candidates from developers to project managers.
• Follow-up activities with clients and consultants.
• Developed creative resources and networking activities to attract qualified candidates interested in contract, contract to hire, and direct placement employment.
• Qualifying candidates for appropriate positions through a process of sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Good negotiation skills, performing reference checks, negotiate on CTC, interview coordination.
